The stainless steel filter is made of SUS316L or SUS304 all stainless steel, designed according to international standard specifications, equipped with sanitary grade stainless steel fittings and ISO2852 standard quick opening clamps or standard flange interfaces. High precision mechanical polishing of the inner and outer surfaces, meeting international standards and complying with national GMP requirements, can effectively meet customer filtration requirements. Acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean, it is an ideal filtration equipment for industries such as biomedicine, beer and beverage, chemical, and water treatment.

Stainless steel filter cartridges can be made of different materials such as melt blown, folded, and wound to remove small suspended solids, bacteria, and other impurities from water. It has the advantages of high precision, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength.

1Small stainless steel single core filter

It can be equipped with a microporous filter element (length can be selected from 5 to 40 inches) of different specifications, and can achieve different flow rates according to the material, aperture, and length. The pressure gauge can be optionally equipped with a regular pressure gauge or a diaphragm pressure gauge. Suitable for filtering small traffic terminals or coarse filtering. Flow range: 0.3 tons to 4 tons per hour (the internal filter socket of a single core filter is generally 226 type)

2Stainless steel multi-core security filter

Can be equipped with multiple microporous filter cartridges (length can be selected from 10 to 40 inches) of different specifications, suitable for large flow rates or high flow rates. The maximum flow rate can reach over 600t/h. The internal filter plug of a multi-core filter is generally of the 222 type. The cylinder connection can be flange or clamp type, and generally, filters with more than 5 cores use flange connection. It can also be customized according to customer requirements. Each filter undergoes strict pressure testing before leaving the factory.
